❇️ The Experience: You participate in structured design sprints that treat your career like a product to be designed, not a path to be stumbled through. Using Stanford Design School methodologies, we prototype different career scenarios, conduct "user interviews" with your future self, and iterate on your professional identity through hands-on exercises and real-world testing.

We systematically address the limiting beliefs that keep you playing small—those voices saying you're "not ready," "not qualified," or "should be grateful for what you have." Through our process, you learn to distinguish between what you think you should do (based on others' expectations) and what you actually want to do (based on your values, interests, and vision for your life).
